  I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot and while the delivery process has been the most horrible experience I've ever had (bathroom flooded due to a drain hose not being connected to anything and the main delivery guy having the worst attitude I've ever encountered), Home Depot themselves, and especially this store, have been a shining example of helpfulness and going above and beyond. Tiffany was absolutely amazing helping us choose a washer and dryer set and had all the answers for any questions we had. After my washer and dryer were delivered and I realized there were a number of problems (I needed a flexible dryer hose and a U-Form for my washer in addition to the water damage), I talked with Gynth and explained the unfortunate delivery process and she got her assistant manager, Chris, involved and they both went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I have nothing but respect and I am so glad to have such a great store near me for all home needs!
