  This place is terrible. The apartments are so cheaply made. You can hear the neighbors below you. We’ve had to call several times about our violent neighbors below. They will let anyone live here. Pets are left out on balconies and management does nothing. The gate hasn’t closed since we moved in and only gates car traffic anyone can walk around the gate. You pay a clubhouse fee for use of the gym. (There was supposed to be a sauna.) This place is not luxury.
