  Would give 0 stars if it allowed me to leave a review with that. Went on January 30th 2018 to get my taxes filed since I didn't want the hassle of filing myself. At the conclusion of my appointment I was under the impression everything was taken care of. Come to find out 1 week and a half later when I've received no notifications or updates on the status I decide to call, turns out my taxes were never filed. So I calmly talk to my tax preparer and ask to have her remove a portion of my fees which I feel is only right considering this mess up is on their end. She proceeds to file my taxes anyway complete with the full amount of my fees and then says she can waive my fee for next year (like i would come back). I tell her I dont want my fees waived for next year since they messed up this time, she says her manager will give me a call tomorrow about the incident. A day goes by no call so I call up there on February 12th almost two weeks later to talk to the manager. While explaining to her the situation the point she keeps trying to express to me is that my taxes still fall in the 8-21 day period since they got filed on the 10th of Febuary (not the 30th of January that they should have been filed on). I told her multiple times I understand that but where as my 8-21 days would have been almost finished now had they been filed on the day I came in, now those 8-21 days start on the 10th of February and I'm going to have to wait even longer. I went to them in order to file early to get my refund back early. And all this happens and I'm only being compensated $50 for an error that had i not caught would have gone unnoticed. I will never file my taxes through any h&r block office ever again and will highly suggest any friends or family to not do so as well.
