  Was looking for a spot for homemade ice cream and this spot came up on the list. It was only 7 minutes away from where we were at the moment which was O'Charleys in University Area, and decided to try it out. I got the butter pecan on a small cone and my 4 year old had the bubble gum ice cream on a small cone as well. It rang up to a little over $11 bucks. The same price as if I would have went to the creamery in Mint Hill which we didn't feel like driving to. The ice cream was really fresh and you can tell it's homemade. We didn't experience bad customer service as some of the other reviewers. The guy at the counter was nice and pleasant. They have a great variety of flavors. Some I didn't quite know what they were as the names were in Spanish but they sure looked good. I will definitely go back again. It was in a shopping plaza that was mostly populated by Hispanic retailers. We even went into one of the carnicerias and will be going back to purchase meat for our taco night.

  The menu is usually really good and tasty. But the reason why it's so expensive is because the amount of work they put in it.
