  In-store of had a good experience. But I just called to inquire about a piece of jewelry of purchase in the past because I need to reorder it and she said she could not find any of my information with my name or phone number and then I needed to come into the store to try other options. Why can't you help me over the phone instead of making me drive 35 minutes to you. I have bought several pieces from them over the years. This just does not seem very customer helpful
