  I actually worked for JetStream SAV and it was absolutely one of the worst employment experiences I've ever endured. The work itself is great, especially if you're a fan of aviation such as myself, but you have to put up with uninvolved management who could care less about employee grievances, unorganized supervision, micromanagement of literally every task, unpaid overtime, unsafe equipment and work enviroment, short staffing, bare minimum benefits, no holidays, and no unions.
  
  Being a ramp agent is a great job. Being a JetStream ramp agent is not.
