  Good Ice cream, not so good customer service. The set up is a little confusing if you have never been there. You come in the door and to your right is the counter where the ice cream is being created by the staff. Lots of customers staning around watching the staff making the ice cream, so you would assume that is the line to order but its not. The ordering counter is in the very back of the store. No one acknowledges that you came in or tells you that the ordering counter is in the back. After figuring out where to order, we sat waiting for our order and saw many customers waiting in the wrong line. I did not see one smile from the staff. The young man taking our order was dry and almost not friendly. Maybe it was because they were really busy, I don't know, but if I'm going to spend my money anywhere I'd like to be treated nicely. The ice cream concept was new and neat! The flavors were good and it was a new experience to watch them turn the ingredients into our ice cream.

  This is actually for the Carolina place mall location (since they can’t be found on the net)
  
  Let me start with why I rated so low.
  I was in line a big line waiting patiently for my turn. Me and this other lady was waiting and I noticed behind me a lady and her two friends(one a guy and one a girl) was at the register talking to what I can assume the manager (he was dressed all in black) . Anyways as we was waiting the line moved the lady in front of me was on the phone and this group tried to break line and well the lady in front of me moved up and I walked around them to get back in line.
  Well then the line moved again and the line jumper lady thought she would try by herself to move ahead in front of lady in front of me. Well to shorten this rant we made sure the lady knew we was in line and ahead of her.
  After that I heard the line jumper and her friend making fun and cutting snide remarks about me and this lady with the manager and I was made to look like a idiot and I didn’t appreciate it! I also asked for my receipt and didn’t get one.
  All this happened about 10 minutes till close..
  
  But I like to end on a positive note.
  The people behind the counter making the ice cream was awesome and the taste was very nice!!
  
  So that is why I rated them a two. It would have been better if that mess didn’t happen. I will try the other locations next time.
