  Visited this location with coworkers for lunch sushi special. One of the members of our party ordered an item off of the sushi menu that turned out to no be sushi, nor was it part of the special, despite being on the menu as such. When this was questioned with the wait staff we were advised that they have a "no return" policy. The manager not only would not discuss the issue, he advised us that we were stupid if we ordered this item thinking it was sushi, and maybe we should go eat elsewhere. What kind of a business calls their customers stupid and then tells them to go elsewhere? And who puts a non-sushi item on a SUSHI menu? Based upon the fact that there were less than 20 people in the entire location, I am guessing business is really going well. And with customer service and management like this, I can see why. I will never return to this business and hope to locate the name and contact information for the franchise owner to lodge a formal complaint.
