  Most often you go to an auto body shop because of a "not-so-nice/fun" incident (as was the case for me). I chose Starnes from my research on Angie's List and could not be more pleased with my decision.
  
  Courteous, professional, timely, honest, sincere are just some of the words I would use to describe my experience. I had the pleasure of working with Casey (owner) directly. He took the time to explain the repair process and the detailed estimate provided (including pictures), in a straightforward, understandable manner. He answered all my questions to satisfaction and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the work to be performed.
  
  When I picked up my car, Casey (again) to time to review in detail all work done on the car, to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. His team addressed all the work as requested and, at no additional charge, also addressed a few minor scratches and dings on the car which were not in the area needing repair (above & beyond!).
  
  I would (and will) recommend Starnes to anyone needing auto body repair and, if I should happen to need auto body repair in the future, will not hesitate to use Starnes.
