  This is the worst customer service experience in our entire lives!! The manager at the Louis Vuitton Store in South Park fraudulently charged my daughter’s card and Louis Vuitton will not refund the charge along with all the additional charges. Spoke to 5 employees no one will let us speak to a real Corporate Manager. Affidavit complete with the bank. Made conference calls with the bank and Louis Vuitton. The worst part about this situation my daughter drove from Greensboro to Charlotte. The manager that was helping her told her she would have to figure it out later and she had to help other customers? Wow please African American Women Men and all people of color!! Watch how you are being treated in these high retail department stores. The perception is... we can not afford the product and we are here for some type of fraudulent transaction. I haven’t appreciated any type of service I have gotten by Louis Vuitton. But from the top to the bottom this must be how Louis Vuitton chooses to represent itself. No different than Star B!
