  They were advertising free next day delivery on a washing machine we wanted. Tried to order online but they said we had to come to the store to get free next day delivery. When we got to the store they said it could not be delivered until a week later. We then bought a microwave and paid for installation. They said the installer would call us within 48 hours to schedule installation. They never called. I called 3 days later and they said someone would call in another 48 hours. I called another 3 days later and they connected me to the installer. The installer then scheduled me for installation 8 days later.
