Heather Arnette went out of town or took a leave from the office for a week and a half and didnt leave our paperwork for anyone to complete while she was gone. 3 days before our closing she decided it was a good idea to come back into the office and finish our paperwork leaving me to over night the documents so she could have them in time or I would be penalized by receiving our payments late. How rediculous. Someone should know how to do things properly or you dont deserve the right to take vacation! She should have at least paid for me to overnight them to her.
