    Agree with other reviews. That employee thinks she owns the mall. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend going to this store. If you really want Michael Kors products, go to North Lake mall, Concord Mills or Premium Outlets. Stay away from this location. When you pay over $300 for made in China handbag, you definitely expect excellent customer service and have your questions answered.
