    This place has been in steady decline over the past two years to the point where I have taken my business elsewhere. Zero customer consideration with they break buttons. Their attention to quality needs huge improvement. I hope the owner/franchiser takes the time to read this review and consider some changes.........

    I have taken my shirts there almost since they opened several years ago. But lately they have turned into a button breaking machine. And when you ask for light starch there are frequent blobs of white residue on the shirt. Replacing buttons should be standard business practice if you wish to hold on to good customers. I took a shirt back with their tag still on it and on the hanger to have them replace the button. I got rudeness and accused me of breaking the button myself. Almost new shirt; 3 times through their gauntlet.
