  It's no way I would have made it. Giving the hands that was dealt to me... I can't find enough words to thank you guys for caring about me for looking out for me and for standing by me and believe in me you all did an amazing job for me. This Law Firm is in a class all by itself. This is my second time using oxner and permar my lawyer Megan her assistant Benita who have the patient of Job you guys rocks.   Attorney Holland Ferguson and her legal assistant, Amie, were there with my husband and I as soon as they received his case. Every question we had was met with and answered in a courteous and professional manner. We were taught everything we needed to know regarding my husband's case and how he would handle his end of the process. Most importantly, and I can't stress this enough, against the tremendous odds of facing down a large corporation with plenty of legal eagles on hand, we believe Oxner & Permar argued our case in such a manner as to bring us out on top and certainly better than we had expected. This thanks to the perseverance of Ms. Ferguson and her assistant. It took some time; we were patient by following the example of Ms. Ferguson and she finally and completely turned the tables on our adversaries. We would highly recommend Oxner & Permar over any worker's compensation counsel in the Carolinas!
