  This had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a home improvement. I had hardwood floors installed on a Thursday by Pacer Flooring, and the job was supposed to take 4 hours. Six days later they were still correcting the mess created by his workers. Adhesive was smeared all over the floor, and he had me and my husband cleaning it up with a mop and cleaner he brought. Who is the customer here? He had the same guys come back to correct the problem. They made it worse. Mike said that he would "make it right" on Monday. Never heard from him on Monday. I texted him that afternoon about correcting the problem and he told me I wasn't his only client! Excellent customer service with an attitude! On Wednesday he finally had two different people come to strip the floor with ammonia. It had to be done 4 times! It's the best it will ever be. I'm giving up and buying a rug!
