  We purchased a Pella Designer Series Contemporary Slider replacement for our living room from Josh Sprinkle. My husband spent his career in sales and knows a thing or two about customer service. He was impressed with Josh's ability and knowledge of his product. This was not a high pressure sale at all and we know we will be extremely pleased with the final design & product because our salesman answered every question we had. (We put him through his paces--he will probably tell you he earned his money with us!) Pella is a genuine, quality product.
