    DR. PERMENTER REALLY HELPED ME WITH A NECK PROBLEM. HE TREATED ME WITH KID GLOVES AND WHEN HE REALIZED THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE THAT NEEDED ATTENTION, HE REFERRED ME TO AN MRI AND A GREAT NEUROSURGEON.
