  I am a person who rarely gets her haircut professionally. You could say I have a haircut phobia which is more common than people know. At any rate, Philicia was just wonderful and she probably has cured me.. She was careful to find out exactly what I wanted in the way of a style. She did a beautful job and I am extremely pleased. She really knows how to cut hair. She was trained with Vidal Sasson by the way My hair looks better than it has in decades!!!
