  I brought a bracelet there to be engraved. I asked if it was too small for what I wanted. I was told it would be fine, and to come back in an hour. I did, and was told to come back later since they weren't done. When I did pick it up I looked quickly and it looked fine. When I got home and had more time to look I noticed it was bent. When I called the guy on the phone said he had noticed before he gave it to me but kept saying it was too thin. I asked why he didn't say anything when I picked it up and he repeated it was too thin. He eventually hung up on me. So unprofessional.

  Update: called back and spoke with a manager. We came to a satisfactory resolution.
