  Worst Marriott experience in over twenty years as a loyal member. Platinum status for many years now. Drove 400 miles in 6 hours. Traveling with my 14 yr old daughter. I’m told at 6:00 p.m. on day of check in that the hotel is overbooked and the 2 BR suite is not available (for meAll they can offer is a room with one bed and a pull out couch. Anyone who has ever slept on a Residence Inn pull out couch knows better. “Unacceptable. Please have the manager call me.” “Okay.” Manager never calls. I book elsewhere and call back. “Manager not working tonight.” Emails and phone logs to suppport this fiasco.
