  I am sure there are a number of great people working at this firm, but it appears I pulled the short straw with my POC. I struggled to get a clear answer on their fees and the closing costs ended up being more than initially discussed. While sussing this out, and really at each and every point of the lending process, I was met with condescension and high-pressure language. When I informed Sebonic I was going with a different lender (which I did over the phone, rather than email, as I felt was the right thing to do), I was met with reproach and a response of, "I'm disappointed in you....poor form." If Sebonic thinks shaming customers this way is a quality business practice I expect they will be sorely disappointed in the long run.
