  I never forget my first impressions... And my first visit to the Sharon Amity Business Park made a BIG impression on me!
  
  What a great place-- the Landlord really has attention to detail. Even though the Park is several years old now-- you would NEVER know! The parking lot has just been completely redone from back to front and the roofs have all been replaced. Fresh paint all around too-- makes the place feel brand new... And makes a great impression on my clients! My employees like it here too!
  
  Lots of designated parking for each business and TONS of free parking for clients and customers. The Park sits toward the end of a long cul-de-sac... and is one of only a couple of businesses on the whole street-- making the area ultra quiet.
  
  All the other Park tenants here are really QUIET too-- and respectful to their neighbors as well. We're always looking out for each other. We're a little community here.
  
  The Landlord is also a great guy. He does everything he'll say he'll do and repairs often take only HOURS-- not days or weeks like some places! You can tell Mr. Tillman really does treat his tenants exactly the way he wants to be treated.
  
  But I have to admit my favorite part about the Sharon Amity Business Park: MY LOW RENT!
  
  It's amazing what you get for so little money. When I first found out the rent, I remember thinking the amount was missing a zero or two!
  
  You'll not regret renting here. A majority of the tenants have been here for years and years-- and now I know why! In this hectic, back-breaking world it's not often you meet such good people anymore.
