  I am hooked. I have never worked out a Crossfit gym before, but I keep coming back to the 5:30 am class. They aren't intimidating, but are very helpful and inviting. If you have difficulty with something, they offer modifications so you won't get hurt. This isn't a gym fully of muscle heads, but normal people who want to look and feel better. It feels like a community of such varied people. I would recommend this gym to anyone who asks.
