  Couldn't be happier. Helped us out with my wife's father's house. Being elderly, he needed help making better financial decisions, and thats where my wife stepped in. Mike and his team dropped his rate 5 whole points with a new mortgage and finally got him set up to enjoy his retirement. A+ service!

  Great transaction from start to finish. I was tentative to use an out of state lender as this was my first home purchase. When I compared what my local bank and the two mortgage companies that my realtor told me to go with offered with Smartpath it became a very easy decision. Skyler walked me through the entire process and beat everyone's rate by a half point. I will recommend him in the future to anyone that is buying a home.
