  WHO the heck is in charge of the office/phones around there?! I have called countless times during hours of operation and also left voicemails. NO ONE has ever returned my call and it's been over a month! How unprofessional is that?!!!!! Maybe this is a blessing in disguise bc if they are like this at the rental office, I can only imagine how they would be if I lived there.
