  Terrace, formally known as Terrace Cafe is a real success story that plummeted. This once was an absolutely incredible experience for breakfast - wholesome food and comfortable atmosphere. This location has now turned into a train wreck, tense location that is visible the moment you walk inside.
  
  My last experience here was a Sunday around 10:00am. There was about a 30 minute wait, which could be expected; however, there was a group getting absolutely toasted on the patio. This was very uncomfortable and quite embarrassing to be around, yet the staff did nothing. This same experience led to very dry, tasteless red velvet waffles which was quite the iconic breakfast experience the prior owners had. Clearly that recipe went with them. The bacon was not crispy, and the eggs were runny. The fruit was quite fresh I will say.
  
  I really hope that this location improves over time.
