  Horrible experience. Rude customer service. I booked one room, received a different dirty room (there was FECAL MATTER ON THE TUB!) When I tried to explain it was the wrong room and it was very unclean, the heavyset female worker became hostile, and made threats about throwing me out if I said another word. It was scary. I tried to speak with the owner, he was very rude. We left due to erratic behavior and the owner's lack of willingness to even listen to what was going on... DO NOT STAY HERE! SCARY experience! DISGUSTING CONDITIONS. We feel robbed. I am contacting the BBB.
