  I've had mostly decent experiences at this location but the last one rubbed me the wrong way. I went through the drive thru because I've had a crappy long day and I know I should not be dealing with people directly for extended periods of time. I was unnecessarily asked to go inside the store because the employee did not understand what I was saying about my rewards card. I clearly said "I have $2 off on my card." Then there was further miscommunication about payment because I am tired and making me get out of my car for no reason threw me off. Once the transaction was completed I did not get a "thank you" or a "have a nice day". The employee just walked off as if she never dealt with a "difficult" customer before. I will not return to this location.
