  Got my hair cut a few days ago and I am very disappointed. I got an angled bob and it is so uneven all the way around. The right side is an inch longer than the left side in the front. I cant believe that the stylist didn't check it at the end. Now I have to figure out where to find the time to get it fixed...

  Checking in ahead of time is a great feature and they appreciate it. Staff is very attentive & aims to please. Never much of a wait. Upscale on a budget.
