  The last few weeks/months, this taco bell has gotten really bad. There have been days where they have had the dining room closed. I got $15 worth of food, all with beans as the "meat" of the meal and all of the beans were hard and dried out. I requested for half of the tacos to be fresco style as well. It took FOREVER to get the order, even though no one else was in the dining room and they did not appear to be busy. So, when we got home, not only were all the beans dry (I couldn't even use the chips to dip into beans because they were so hard), but they made all the tacos "fresco style" so we didn't even get our cheese. I went on New Year Day (still not busy), ordered 2 bean burritos with no onions and they gave them to me with onions. These orders were rang up correctly but there is some issues once the order goes to the kitchen. They should have tried hard to keep the previous manager Melanie. She always made sure our food was right and our food was never old. This is the one fast food chain where vegetarians have some choices, but we are too afraid to use the drive through without checking the food.
