  Uhaul never fails to disappoint. They have by far the worst customer service organization of any company I've ever dealt with in 40 years. They will take and book an appointment for a time when the shop isn't even open and send all the emails in the world to a store whose staff doesn't even check them. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to the Russians. It's the most ignorant bunch of unschooled untrained classless bunch of people I have ever had The Misfortune of dealing with.
