  I arrived at the store around 1:30 pm. A male customer was ahead of me and was cordially helped. When my turn came, I was told by the manager/owner that he was too busy and to come back at 4:30 (3 hours later). I phoned the office and told them the situation ("No there wasn't a line"). The store owner suggested I go to the University store; I did. Had I known he owned that one too, I wouldn't have. However, his employee could give him a few lessons in customer service. I have no intention of ever supporting this man's businesses again. I have since found a very professional and accommodating UPS Store (#1507) at E W T Harris near Hickory Grove in Charlotte.
