  I came to pick up package supposed to be delivered to my house but they didn't locked and the door. Anyway I I checked the website that my package already at this location and I came to them asking for my package and lady told me the package arrived but she didn't check it in and I can't get my package in the next 30 or 60 minutes. I see 20 packages laying down by her front desk and she just asked me to come one hour later instead of finding my own package and give it to me right away.
