    Went to this Wendy's around 8:30pm, it was not very busy. I took the drive-thru and was immediately asked to wait (nobody in line ahead of me). Ok, no problem, they're probably busy with something and will get back to me shortly. A long period of silence goes buy and I'm wondering if they actually told me they were closed. I asked if they were open and they said 'yes', but then asked me to wait again.

    Once I ordered it was fine and I got my food and started to drive away. The wife checked the bags and noticed my burger was missing entirely. She also nibbled on some fries and noticed there was no salt on the fries. I verified by picking some random fries and sure enough, no salt at all. We drive back up to the window and I asked about my burger and one of the two employees standing there remembers that I was supposed to get a burger. I then mention how there was no salt on the fries and she didn't know what I was talking about. The other employee standing there then proceeds to LIE to me saying how Wendy's doesn't put salt on their french fries anymore because people are picky about their food nowadays. He offers me some packets of salt. Then he goes to close the window and I have to tell him I still need my burger. He then admits that the missing burger was their mistake, but maintains that Wendy's does not put salt on their french fries anymore.

    Do not go to this Wendy's. The service is terrible and the food is not prepared properly.

    Bottom line: Would not recommend. I'd go to any other fast food establishment before this one. In fact, there is a Chick-fil-a in the same plaza that is much better. Go there.
