Way overpriced and unorganized! I had to call 2 times to check on part, then a tech shows one week later and said he didn't have the seal?? The next tech shows up a few days later with 2 seals...So this tech calls another tech to find out what's going on meanwhile this is all happening while we are conducting business. They have replaced 3 seals in my cooler drawer and the last one didn't last 24 hours! Now they are trying to take me to court for 306.06 (for the last seal that failed in 24 hours.) The tech that installed it had to call for help after trying to install for 2hrs..... What a joke.....Good luck in court my entire staff watched the tech install this incorrectly! Maybe I should take them to court for 800.00 in food I had to throw away because of the tech having cooler open so long! Nah that's not how I do business.
