  I don’t usually write reviews on business but after the experience that I received on more than one occasion from this place, i feel as though it’s the right thing to do. The brunette girl that was working at the kiosk in SouthPark mall on 11/4 and 11/6 was blatantly rude on both occasions. On the first occasion i was eager to try one of the macaroons for the first time, i walk up to the counter, no warm greeting or smile or anything, just a very obnoxiously loud sigh as we walk up as though she’s being obligated to do something that doesn’t want to do. I decide to do the greeting instead and i say “hey, how are you?” and then girl says with a very non-friendly tone “what you see is what we have” and that was it and then stares off with an attitude. Stunned, we just decided to walk away saying nothing after being treated so disrespectfully, assuming she was having a bad day. I get it, sometimes people have off days, so we gave her the benefit of the doubt and brushed it off. We return to the mall today to finish our shopping, i am not familiar with the mall so i am walking around aimlessly trying to find a restroom, i see the same girl working at the kiosk so i decide to walk up and politely ask where the nearest restroom is, the girl with an obvious unfriendly look says “you can go ask the help desk” as if she was trying to shoo me away as though i was bothering her, and that was it. Compltely disrespectful on both occasions and not the slightest bit of kindness or good customer service. The macaroons looked amazing and we would’ve loved to be a customer but unfortunately i can’t support a business that treats customers so rudely for no reason whatsoever. Will not return or recommend until some changes can be made with employees.
