  My second root canal, but first at Charlotte Endodontics. They did a great job and clearly possess all of the most recent high tech equipment to make sure the procedure goes as well and successfully as possible. Very well cared for and would highly recommend.

  My husband's crown was hurting on a Sunday night. On Monday morning, the pain was just unbearable. We made an appointment with his general dentist where she told us that he had an infection under his crown and prescribed him an antibiotic and pain killer. She referred us to an endodontist. I called around Charlotte in the late afternoon. No one could see him. All their schedules were booked one to two weeks out. Only a couple of endodontics had appointments available within two days. Tuesday came, and my husband's right side of his mouth had swollen up. I called around Charlotte again. Even though, it sounded ridiculous to call and attempt to get an appointment right away, I was on a mission to help relieve the tooth pain my husband was experiencing. I found Ballantyne Endodontics. I called and asked if they could squeeze my husband in their schedule. The receptionist was very attentive and concerned. She asked us a series of questions. She let me know they could have him come in at 1:30pm for a consultation and that treatment will vary on the severity of the infection. She told us the co-pay and cost if they have to make any X-rays, etc. She emailed us the application form to his email, so we can complete it prior to coming in the office. My husband got there and everything was executed professionally and nicely! Dr. Chopra took care of my husband so well! Dr. Chopra was able to perform the root canal that very day that we called. Something that we thought was impossible! We are so thankful and appreciative that the entire staff worked together as a team to help, not just us, but any client with toothache! We definitely will return and recommend Ballantyne Endodontics!
