  We waited as the bartender told us he would be right with us and then he helped five other people. When he finally paid attention, I commented that it's not cool to have us wait while he took orders from people who hadn't been waiting as long as us. The bartender said he was the owner; he called me a derogatory name several times; he raised his voice and shouted this name at me; he shouted at me that I don't care about the gay community, and he told us to leave immediately.
  Bar 316 has always been a great place and the employees are always awesome.
  If somebody calmly corrected me at my job, I would apologize and just move on. The owner of Bar 316 is clearly very sensitive to a mild correction or just decided it was appropriate to lash out like a spoiled child on his patrons.
  We never raised our voices; we never called him names. We tried to calm him down and then we left.
  The low rating is for the owner's childishness.
  Bar 316 is still a great bar with great employees and because I do support the community, you should definitely check it out.
