  I had a blinker light out, and bought the new bulb at NAPA, but didn't know how to switch it. I showed up at Caliber Collision after 6pm without an appointment or calling ahead to ask if they could help me put the new bulb in. When I showed up, one of the technicians stopped what he was working on to help me without any question, and switched the bulb for me and even showed me how to do it for next time. Amazing customer service.
