  When we first moved here from Florida, Nana helped us find a nice rental home. Once we were ready to buy naturally we called her again. We needed lots of help and advise finding both the area and type of property that would suit us. Nana's extensive knowledge of the market and Charlotte area helped us to quickly find the perfect place. She was always available on short notice when we needed her and because of her follow through and attention to detail we were able to put an offer on our house right away. She worked well with the seller's agent to agree on a contract that worked for us. Nana also referred us to an excellent mortgage broker who worked with our unique circumstances and she helped us find an excellent contractor for some changes we wanted to make. We can highly recommend Nana and we're so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her!
