  This woman, and I use the word loosely,is curt, venal, and possibly fradulent.
  For 25 years, my parents' intention, in two wills, was to leave the residue of their estate to their five offspring, in equal shares. This lawyer? in collusion with my sister, set up a bank account for my mother, with her daughter as sole benificiary of her estate at her passing.. According to this sister, there was $300,000 in my mother and father's account, and using the most generous of calculations I came up with $100,000 left, nowhere near that figure, roughly 10%..
  Three months before he passed, my sister and that alleged lawyer, had him sign some documents my dad was in no condition to comprehend what he was putting his signature to.
  This Beth Caviness has been arrogant, supercilious and possibly criminal.
  My advice is to stay away from this person, for any legal help.
