  I've never had a worst experience in my life at an antique store as I did at this store. As soon as my wife and I walked in I knew it was not going to be a good experience. 1. The store has too much stuff piled on top of each other. 2. We couldn't look without him jumping on us like a car salesman. 3. The prices on the items were well over priced and the sale price should have been the regular price. There were a few items we would have liked to purchase but you couldn't think about things for him and his friends running their mouths about what house the item came out of. Your store is not on King Street in Charleston. When you have to bring up where a piece came from or who owned it to try and sell it you know it's just a sales tactic. We even witnessed people walking in and then turning right around to walk out because of how he jumped on everyone. I would suggested making room for your customers to walk and feel comfortable in. Stand behind your sales counter and let people go on that treasure hunt that they came in for. It felt like I was in a storage building trying to search for an item that I stored years ago. The store also had a moldy mildew smell that I would not want to bring into my home. So we both agreed to search online for items or shop at the other antique places in and around Charlotte going forward. Trust me there are so many antique stores in and around Charlotte who appreciate your business and make you feel comfortable. They also have better prices and don't try to tell and/or make up stores about the pieces.
