  I had the same experience as another reviewer in that when I visited the showroom I felt like I was bothering them. Not friendly at all. When I went to pick up my order it was complete chaos - it took 45 minutes to pick up the tile I had ordered for a bathroom remodel then I was informed that part of the tile was back-ordered for another month. I ended up having to find another store to buy the back-ordered shower tile just to get my project completed. Estimate the tile needed for your project carefully because they do not refund you on returns even if the box is unopened. I would not recommend this store.
