  Checked in today and maybe was in the room for 2 minutes before deciding to leave. Right when we got into the room I had to use the restroom but noticed something dead on the bathroom counter, looked closer and was a bed bug! I didn't dare to inspect the rest of the room. The front receptionist though was very helpful about the matter in getting us a refund. I still wouldn't risk it though.
