  Spoke to a gentleman on the phone today to ask about getting appraisal on a ring purchase from Kay's. He had the worst attitude! He was so not helpful and uninterested in helping. He said "you should probably come in after Christmas because we are too busy". Yeah, too busy trumping make commission to give your existing customers any sort of customer service. So disappointing. :{
