  I always enjoy the brisket at Mac's. It's an enjoyable treat that I allow myself occasionally, then miss for weeks afterward. On my recent visit, I had the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese on the side. One piece of the brisket was a little tough - but still very flavorful - and the other was tender and also very flavorful. Both were ample-sized.
  
  I've had their pork and chicken barbecues, and they're both quite good but not appreciably better than those of other BBQ places around the area. The brisket, however, is worth the trip.
  
  Service is consistently good, not overbearing but not ignoring you, either.
  
  Good place. I'll be back again.
