  I am here right now Saturday, June 23 moving my daughter's furniture and belongings in and I am very dissapointed with the condition of this apartment. They have known for 2 months she was moving in and they did not even freshen the walls up with a fresh coat of paint like they said they would do. The paneled doors are dusty too. Also the baseboards are dusty and there is,a coffee stain on one of the baseboards and on the wall. The closet door wont even stay shut in the bathroom. The balcony wasnt cleaned either. The shoe molding is loose from baseboard as well. The drip pans uder the stove coils are dirty. This is a dissapointment to say the least. I was here with her when they took us around and they assured us it would be move in ready. This place is very pricey and I pray the fire sprinklers work.
