  Extremely horrible experience with this office... the manager cancelled payment on the checks to pay our insurance company and costed us a ton of money. The manager also is trying to charge us for the service when they never even did what they said they were going to do. We had a dryer fire over the summer and they originally said they were going to replace all of the carpets in the house and then they only replaced two rooms of the entire house... they also said they would replace the dryer, which they did not do, we ended up having to pay out of pocket for that. On top of all of that, they said they had cleaned the house, but when we moved back in, it still had a slight smokey odor to it and the furniture had not been cleaned at all! VERY unsatisfied with the results of these people. I could have done a better job without paying $12,000!!!!!! I do not recommend SERVPRO!!!
