  I am a current resident of four months and appreciate both the amenities, the approach of the staff and management/maintenance team. This is well worth the rental/leasing costs - small things like garbage pickup, well maintained common areas, gentle reminders of good community behavior (reminders to pick up trash, keep the volume down, etc. are practical and don't happen too often). The design of both the units and the collective spaces is so beautiful. If you are used to upscale, urban living, but want to live in a family friendly, convenient location, this is for you. I'm so glad I live here, and love it.
